    Hi all

Been a bit remiss about posting, still feeling terrible and don’t want to moan too much.
Thoroughly enjoyed the bits of the Coronation that I saw, the history is amazing. I t would be great if someone could tell us how much money it brings in, might make the cost of staging it less daunting.
    I really don’t want a Rebublic.

Sorry you still feel terrible @punkdoc. Moan if it helps, we feel for you.

I don't want a Republic either. The French have one but they often seem jealous of our Royalty.

Thats such great news @coccinella 🥂

Spent the day at my sisters with all the family watching the coronation - loved it.  The thing that really struck me, having only ever seen black and white images of the one 70 years ago, is just how colourful it all was.  I really want a “cloak of gold” for my next dressing gown …..wonder if Primark will do a version 🤔

And though I’m not a big fan politically,I thought Penny Mordaunt was magnificent.

Morning all.  We are very cold in here.  Just. Finished breakfast and lm watching the rain through the windows and can’t see far through the grey mist.  😒

It’s slowed down to rain/drizzle now. Still cold though.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
keep warm @Pat E … lovely autumn colour there 😊
13C and cloudy and damp here … the forecast says we’ve got a mild-ish damp week ahead … what Pa used to call ‘growing weather’.

Hi Dove. We’re doing our best to keep warm. It’s just started to come down again after a spell of a couple of hours. 😒

    Morning all.

Glad you enjoyed the Coronation @chicky, so did I. I agree with you about Penny Mordaunt, she was so calm and dignified.

Having coffee in bed. I can hear the children but they aren't jumping on our bed yet.
