    Last post....Photinia.

I'll give you a shout Busy when we start....😂 We have quite a tall " well" up the stairs. We have to concoct a structure that enables OH " to walk the plank" ( literally) so he can reach right up at the top. It's nerve racking.....🫣

Good afternoon all. Ruby, I was so sorry to read about your OH's leg problems again. Does this mean that the wraps you mentioned the other week are not proving to be any help? Fingers crossed that something is sorted out soon - for peace of mind for you both.
Busy, I trust that with your poorly knee you didn't have any small people leaping onto your bed this morning.
Ante, have you had a good day? Maybe spent some time at the cottage?
Rosie, sshhh you have woken up the decorating beast! Did you decide to change the tiles in the kitchen or are you talking about just trying to restick them? I know they were becoming a bit of a problem.
Hazel, could you get your son to help with the decorating? I used to do my own stairwell but I wouldn't like to tackle it now. I will just get 'a man who does'!

  • Morning everyone.  I’ve woken up on the sofa.  LB I’m trying to get on top of some jobs, bedroom first.  These things always take longer than you think.  Time for some tea.  Hope you’re all asleep.

Good morning. We have drizzly rain after a beautiful day yesterday managed to get lots done in the garden. Not much planned for today. @Ladybird4 is Liverpool gearing up for Eurovision? My big son moves up there on Wednesday and I know he is looking forward to all the parties.  David Attenborough is a hero to many I think. He really is the best of British.

Good morning Rosie, LB, debs and all to follow.

LB, nice to know that David Attenborough has a birthday today. Few days ago David Suchet also celebrated 77th birthday. I didn't go to cottage yesterday, but I prepared some plants for planting outside.

Sunny and quite windy morning. I'm back to school, but I'm glad that you have Bank holiday, so take it easy and enjoy.

Have a nice day and see you this evening.

    Morning all.

It should be a fine day today and the vegetable garden is badly in need of attention. I also have flowers to plant. My knee is a bit better this morning, hope it manages. The next few days forecast is rain.
