Good morning all. Sunny here so planning lots of gardening and a walk in the local woods with my sister to see the bluebells.
@Rubee sorry to hear your OH has more trouble with his leg.

Phone keeps jumping about, losing the page. I wish there weren't those 3 little symboks on the bottom just where I want to put my thumb. The top would be better.

I'm sorry about your OH's leg @Rubee. Must be so uncomfortable for him.

I had hoped the pain in my knee would disapear in the night, but it hasn't.

    Good morning all.

Lovely morning here. I should have an easy day, but you never know. My pets are back to sleep again, and I can consider to have breakfast.

Hope you all will have nice Sunday!

Morning all. Enjoyed the coronation yesterday - even in the rain. Thought the children did very well because it was a long service tor them. Shame about the flypast but I was a bit surprised the Red Arrows were still able to perform. Jets flying over an extensive heavily built up area in close formation in very poor visibilty doesn't seem like the best idea.....

Rubee - Sorry to hear your OH is struggling again.

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
  • Afternoon all.  I need to have a small area of the bedroom wall sanded smooth and then plastered.  That’s the next thing to get sorted and then the kitchen tiles to fill and smooth.  I’ve bought some tetrion others available and a filling knife.

    Afternoon everyone.
Had a bit of a sleep in this morning then for myself ready for for going for my booster. As it was just after noon it meant we didn't really do much this morning.
Got to the Community  Hall ( miles away) and my OH was invited to have a booster too. He was really chuffed as he didn't qualify  for one at the moment. So we are both vaccinated , just hoping we don't get any side effects now.
We've taken out a Red Robin Photiniam and a small box this afternoon and replaced with the two pyramidal shaped dwarf conifers, very slow growing.
Now we are taking  a rest, knitting needles are out.

Rubee, I am so sorry to hear your OH is struggling with his legs. It must be so difficult for you both.  I hope it eases for him.
Rosie, I hope you get  the tasks needed for kitchen and bedroom get sorted soon. We still have our hallway, stairs and landing to paint....gawd😬😬😬
Busy, sorry to hear your knee hasn't eased overnight. Maybe some painkillers may do the trick?
Oh goodness me Biglad, you were up and about early😬🙂

Back from Son 2's. Had Sunday lunch with them. They enjoyed the ballet and I enjoyed my grandchildren.

@Songbird-2 - snap! I have the stairs and landing to paint too. They are all covered in pine panelling painted in dirty beige gloss, ceiling too. It will be quite a job.
