@cooldoc The Feminine Touch is healthy and floriferous. I like the opening buds very much; yellowy cream with pink edges but as it ages the pink diffuses in and the bloom becomes wishy washy. It has a light honeyish scent but nothing like the 'strong' that HMF states and its other name 'Perfume Kisses' promises. I could give it another year to see if scent develops, I don't hate it.
Now we are back from OH's cottage in Norfolk to my house in France. The roses have had their first flush but are starting to repeat. These roses are all young as I only bought this house 2 1/2 years ago. I had about 70 roses at my last house, also in France. Many were over 30 years old. Sad to leave them but I had to downsize.

@SalixGold Yes, Chandos Beauty is in a pot. It is 3 yrs old and I haven't found BS too bad though I noticed some canes are affected. The reason I'm removing it is it flowered for only one week early June and is only thinking about it again now. That is not enough for a huge rose and pot taking up space.
It’s not difficult to rehome but I find if I know the recipient then I am somehow at fault when the rose doesn’t perform. I am happy to give advice but it’s not my fault if they don’t follow it. This is lighthearted of course but my heart sinks at the phrase “you know that rose you gave me….”
@Tack - yes Chandos B takes a huge break doesn't it? Really frustrating. I hoped now mine is pretty much established it would improve this year. I have it in the centre of my main border so it has centre stage and annoyingly that will have to come out and into a pot for sure.
Does anyone know a good place to get large garden arches (as in the width)? I wanted one for the entrance to our courtyard but it need to bridge a good 170cm minimum.
Julia C second flush which was practically immediately after the first. Still can't believe this is this rose's first year:
Champagne M cutting potted on today. From 0.5L pot as a stem to a 10L pot with 20 buds in 7 months:
