    I find it odd that rose sellers mess about like this. Why rename any rose? Surely that just makes everything more complicated, so that roses are not what they seem?

    Based on what I have seen at Harkness myself I don't think it has been especially when the lady on the till is part of their breeding team as well. I just think the customer service person got it wrong I would imagine:
