    Good morning all!!

It's Friday!!   Not that makes much difference to other days.  Grey and dismal again but the days seems to be following the same pattern.  Grey in the morning and sunny in the afternoon.

That's pretty cold in your area for March @Pat E  16°C inside - mind you sometimes, it's colder inside that outside at the moment.

    Welcome back @coccinella

    Have a pleasant day!

    Morning all.

Glad you had a settled night @Dovefromabove. I think you need all the rest you can get at the moment and son needs it for a good recovery. We are looking forward to OH being allowed to sleep on his side again. At least I didn't have to go to the guest room last night.

It's been raining. I'm not going for the walking group walk, knee was playing up yesterday. I've bought a support for it.

I did a bit of gardening yesterday and finished weeding and edging the front path.

It will probably be a quiet day.

Morning all,  I omitted the good as it's wet and miserable AGAIN.  Loads to do in garden and on the plots, I got a bit done yesterday but had to come back early as I was supposed to be getting a call from GP (well HCA) about blood tests.  Supposedly at around 1pm , when I had heard nothing by 3pm I phoned them again.  Finally got a call  back at 4. Nothing significant  asked again for access to results on line. What a waste of a dry afternoon!
Sorry this probably should be on curmudgeon thread,  unlike DidyW we don't like the fumes from new carpet,  probably should have used spare room a couple of nights.

    Hi all

Rain, rain and even more rain here, the stream is more like a raging torrent than a gently babbling brook.

Much rain here too.  About to go and spend a day in the green house sowing a few more seeds and pricking out those that are romping away.

Went to see the National Theatre Live last night (cinema showing of a recorded live play).  The Life of Pi - read the book about 20 years ago and loved it.  Was a really good play - had never heard of the actor who played Pi before - he was excellent 🤩

Meant to say @Busy-Lizzie - Mr C started sleeping on his side after week 6 - but he still uses one of the memory foam knee cushions - so even on his side his hips are parallel.

Thanks @chicky. He has a week to go. We thought about using a pillow. I'll look up knee cushions.

Thank you @chicky. That particular one isn't available until the end of May but there are several others on Amazon.
