@AuntyRach, Over the last 2 years of neglect, I've got a lot of bindweed so I might quarantine them until I'm sure none will grow up through them. I'll also do my best to dig over the beds they came from . No mean feat.
Very busy here, no time for moping around despite being thoroughly miserable waiting for news on the mortgage. The owner has now said she'll put the house back on the market if we don't get an agreement this week. I totally understand how she feels. I do have a meeting with the bank on Wednesday so I am desperately hoping a decision will be made, one way or another, so o can move on.
We're absolutely fully booked today, a bit scary really, so I must crack on.
I have been following you all, glad to hear you're getting out and about in the gardens, hope the weather improves.
Must dash, good day to all.

Good morning all 😊 ☕️ A quiet day at home for me … OH will be at work, and Wonky and Papa Womble are visiting her brother. 😊 Its a bit grey and damp here … again.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I've been awake since 4am. ggrrr. I'm off to visit my daughter in Croydon tomorrow , so I thought I'd look out a pair of jeans to wear. NONE of my jeans fit me . I'm just an immense fat freak
It finally rained last night after a cold and blustery day. Went to a jazz concert with a meal beforehand - quite nice. The concert was fab-u-lous!! At the end, two people joined the group on stage for a jam - a saxophonist and a pianist. 4 hands playing jazz is great!!
The day has opened to cloudy grey skies, but the sun is due to make an appearance later on.
Great work @Hostafan1 - how's your back?!! There's bindweed here too despite drought. A never-ending story. @Busy-Lizzie I hope your NDN is recuperating in hospital. I'm sure you will keep an eye on her when she returns. @D0rdogne_Damsel I hope the sale goes through for both of you.
