    Good afternoon all.

The sun came out at 8.30 this morning and so did a blustery cold wind.  Still, with the conservatory doors open to the lounge, the room is now 18°C which is perfect.

Start of the match.  The French are playing in white!!  Sorry, I know who I want to win.

Enjoy the match all you rugger buggers!

Afternoon all, glad you had a good holiday @D0rdogne_Damsel. Hope you hear good news about your mortgage soon.

Also hope you enjoy your long walk @coccinella, rather wish I could do one too. Bored with sitting around.

Got OH to help me this morning manipulate my head (very carefully) following the GP's instructions. Hanging my head over the edge of the bed wasn't much fun but hoping it rebalances the fluid in my ears. Time will tell. I did manage to walk up to the back garden afterwards to photo the bank of purple crocuses in the sunshine, they're looking rather lovely and are spreading all over the garden in odd places.

Those pottery classes are good fun @didyw aren't they. I did one years ago and have still got the tall black cat I made.

Glad you both got a good night's sleep @Busy-Lizzie, very important just now. OH says that although I wasn't snoring last night, he could hear the funny whistling noise in my nose. Short of stopping breathing, I'm not sure what I can do about that! Really weird.

@Dovefromabove and @WonkyWomble, hope the news from the hospital tonight is good. Hang on in there.

That is such encouraging news Dove.

Do look after yourself though. You need the rest as well and perhaps a glass or two wouldn't come amiss!
