Thank you @tui34 😊 I'm hoping @Dovefromabove is having a well earned cuddle and doze on the sofa 😀

Lovely to hear the encouraging news today @Dovefromabove and good that your son was able to follow the nurse's instructions re his breathing. As you say, there will be possible down times but there will also be up times too and every little up time is a step towards his recovery.
A lovely idea for next Sunday @WonkyWomble have a wonderful time both of you, you are two very amazing women, God bless you both.

We never know our strength until it's called upon I guess @AnnaB but thank you! X and with great friends and caffeine it's amazing what we can get through! 👍 But yup... It's time someone looked after @Dovefromabove other than her incredible.OH so I'll go over and give them both a day off... I'll take my gardening tools as well incase she happens to have made a list 😉

You have made me a bit emotional there @Dovefromabove, @WonkyWomble, and all the other lovely posts. I am so rooting for a smooth and positive road to recovery - and I can see that the #teamforkers do too.

My garden and I live in South Wales.
  • Great to hear some positive news @Dovefromabove @WonkyWomble , may the recovery continue.

I'm so glad there is better news about your son @Dovefromabove. I hope it's uphill from now on. Good that next Sunday you can relax and let @WonkyWomble do the cooking. What a caring daughter, it's been stressful for her too.

OH has been in some pain today and managed to spill half his liquid morphine on the duvet. I've had a horrid tummy ache, griping pains, don't know why.

I’m SO glad that you were able to communicate with him Dove. At least he might be able to progress mentally.  The music must be lovely for him.

No news here. It was 34c on the veranda when I got up this morning, but since opening the windows out there, it’s dropped to 28.9, so I might be able to sit out there today. 🙄
