Hi folks, for some reason I'm extra tired today, mind you I have been doing lots of driving looking after grandsons, ferrying Hubby to various health appointments and also sorting out the bathroom as we have had it decorated this week.ย  Getting really fed up with the weather, need some warmth and sunshine to cheer me up and get me out into the garden.
    Stay safe everyone.

    Good morning.

Sunny and very cold. I was shocked when I went out to refill bird feeders. Then I looked at thermometer and it's says it's only 1 โ„ƒ. I have my tea then must go. Yesterday afternoon I spent some time in the front garden, and today, if weather permits, is Christmas trees planting at cottage. I'm really looking forward to this.ย

Wish you all nice day and relax, it's Friday, and tonight is first new GW episode.

A very good morning Ante and all later arrivals. Your first tulip is stunning Ante - such a pretty colour. A cheery flower picture for this morning.

Hello Yvie. Good to see you. We knew that you were going to be a busy bee. I'll bet you are pleased that the bathroom decoration is finished now. I do hope that your OH is coping well and I have to say that I do agree with you about wanting some sunshine and decent gardening weather and soon!

I forgot to ask Ante, did your pet food arrive? I filled my bird feeder yesterday and I had hardly got back to the door before Robby shot down, through the squirrel baffle and began hunting through for the meal worms in the seed mix I use.

Good morning everyone .Good to see you Yvie. You will be pleased to have your bathroom decorations finished .Ante that tulip is gorgeous. Love the contrast between the very dark leaves and the vibrant colour of the flower . LB that is a lovely sight . Robins are so interesting to watch .
The flash of red that I see through the window always distracts me from anything else I could be doing .

Good morning Ruby. Yes, robins are such perky little birds. I was watching one at Bestie's yesterday. It was sitting in a tree at the back of her fence. From the distance it looked just like a little red pompom in the bare branches.

    Morning all.

This grey and chilly weather is why I love daffodils. They add sunshine to the garden.

I'm going to have my hair cut this morning. It's nearly 5 months since I last went to the hairdresser ๐Ÿ˜ฏ๐Ÿซข

Afternoon all. Busy yesterday getting some finances sorted, bed changed, coffee with friend, supermarket dash, haircut for OH (by me) and then a trip to the hairdressers for me for cut & blow dry.

Today I shall be getting stuff out ready for our trip to Eyemouth next week. Just a few days Mon to Fri but we'll go up on Sun and stay with MIL who (conveniently) lives almost exactly half way. As it's Mother's Day we'll take ingredients to cook a simple but nice dinner for her (home made salmon en croute followed by lemon tart).

LB - your Bestie will really appreciate the help you're giving with the house clearance. A difficult job at the best of times.

BL - sounds as though the hip op has been a success! What a relief for both you and your OH. ๐Ÿ™‚
