    Good morning all.
    Misty outside.

OH's tum is much more settled, thanks. He slept a bit better.

I must go to the SM and to the Post Office in town for more stamps to France. My big family in France keep having birthdays.

    Morning all.

Rubee, I'm so very sorry for your OH if he has to go through the sort of debacle I've been through this week. It's absolutely awful in this day and age and totally unnecessary. Unfortunately, it's always seems to be the patient that comes off worse. If only your OH could get some really effective treatment and ease his pain, I would  be so happy to hear that for him.
Busy, I've checked my medical notes from the GP and I've been referred to rheumatology, not Neurology ...my mistake. I must have misheard through my tears. Good to hear his tummy is settling down.
No snow here as nothing laid from yesterday but brrr it's cold.
Ante, glad to hear you feel much better this morning after your goes rest. Must confess, I don't mind shopping..of a certain kind..lol.but only for a little while. It's a drag if it goes on for hours, can't do that anymore.
Time to have a busy day doing nothing.....😶
  • More snow overnight but beginning to clear, rain expected.  I’ve just woken up from my slumber after having a sleepless night and feel better for it.

    Afternoon all.

LB, yesterday I bought just few flower seeds, and much important I found long carpet for my entrance. Hope you have a nice and warm inside day.

Rosie, I'm glad that you managed to rest a bit after sleepless night.

Hazel, enjoy in your busy day. 😁

It's still raining and it's little bit colder. My Christmas trees seedlings arrived, and whole house is smelling like Christmas. Sorry for C*****s word outside the season, but it was necessary. 🤣 Still no sight off food delivery.

I've been quite busy today doing mundane things.

Managed to get a reluctant OH into the shower to give him a good scrub and hair wash. He didn't fall over or collapse as he thought. Hospital said he could do it after 2 weeks and it's 2 weeks tomorrow.

Changed the bedding, I hate putting on duvet covers, especially king size.
Emptied the bins and kitchen compost bin.
Put away all the washed towels.

Then went to town for the weekly shop and did NDN's too. Also went into town centre for jeans buttons and Post Office.

Had a long chat on phone with my old riding friend and bestie in France.

Busy, what a busy day you've had. Bet your OH feels a lot better after his shower and hair wash, clean and refreshed and into a clean bed. Lovely.
Ive been in touch with surgery today, after seeing my blood tests results. ( feel vindicated after seeing them although a bit concerning) . Explained to receptionist, in full and she is going to talk to someone about them and see what is happening. She is also going to check all my doctors rotas in case of a space or a cancellation and get back to me to make an appointment for me to see doctor asap. Feel better about things. Next stop, tomorrow and see what it brings. If nothing, I'll be back on the phone.
Ante, what a wonderful smell you'll have about the house but not good that you're still waiting on the delivery. Could you get in touch them ( couriers) at all?
Rosie, I hope you have a better nights sleep tonight. It's awful when you have a broken night so fingers crossed.

Good evening all. It has been a strange sort of day hasn't it? Started off snowy and then after that thawed it began to rain and it is still doing that now - bit like your forecast Rosie.
Ante if that pet food doesn't arrive soon, don't turn your back on your pets! Make sure you know where they all are and avoid ambush situations. I like the idea of the lovely pine smell in your house.
Busy I was pleased to hear that your OH's stomach is now settled and I agree with you about wrestling duvets back into their covers. Total pain. I once had a cat who used to think it was a great game and she would crawl inside the cover too. Many a time I found a strange lump in the duvet.

Hazel, you snuckered in there. What a wonderful relief it must have been for you. I am so pleased that at last you seem to be getting somewhere. Thumbs Up on Skype
