    Happy Birthday @debs64 🍾🎂🥳

    We took our friend to hospital for his knee op then took his wife out for a good lunch in a nice old pub in Bury St Edmunds. I won't have to cook tonight either.

    OH has lit the wood burner as the heating was off while we were out.

    Good afternoon all.
    Red maple and Busy, thats the sort of day I like - going out and not having to do any cooking (or clearing up!).
    My Canasta friend is going for her knee replacement next Monday Busy, She hasn't had to wait too long so I'm hoping it goes ahead smoothly.
    Just been down the garden to the compost bin and it is starting to feel quite cold again.

    Afternoon all.

    Still very cold here. I was outside just for short time. Now is time for tea and warm sofa. Like Bussy, I also have wood burner lit, and it's such warm and cozy.

    LB, I was at my bank, just to sign few papers about my car insurance. This Friday, or next Monday I have annual MOT. 

    Hazel, hope you will have restful night after busy day.

    I'm also going to sign out. It's Poirot on tv, and warm bed is so tempting. Wish you all goodnight and see you tomorrow.

    Good morning everyone. I am off to see the eye specialist this morning so need to leave early for the 08:00 bus as I won't be able to drive after the atropine treatment. I'll report back later.

    Good morning LB and all to follow.

    LB, hope everything goes well at eye specialist. 

    I have my tea, preparing for online classes and watching birds on feeders. It's very cold and everything is frozen. Wind brought a plastic bag in my pond, and now it's completely frozen on the surface. Looking forward to this weekend, it should be much warmer.
