Window chap has been and mended/repaired twisted frames and then re sealed. It's lovely and quiet and draught -free now. Makes  such a big difference.Â
Good evening . I do hope that LBs eyes are feeling better in the morning .Hazel it’s good that yourwindow has been repaired successfully. Busy that is an excellent idea . My compost bin isn’t working very well . I will drill some holes in it . Thank you for your post .Â
Good morning all from beyond the misted shower screen. Eyes are marginally better but that is still not good enough fot me to type without a trusty magnifying glass (Sherlock Holmes eat your heart out!) None the less I need to be brief so enjoy your weekend. 6 Nations starts today woo hoo
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
LB, sorry to hear that your eyes still are no recovered. Enjoy watching, or at least listening, six Nations.Â
Here is beautiful sunny morning. According to forecast, this afternoon will be huge temp drop and windy. Hope it will not be so dramatical, but whole next week will be very cold. I have my first cup of tea, and nothing in plans for today.
Good morning everyone .LB I hope your eyes get much better soon .Enjoy the Six Nations . Ante enjoy the sunshine while you can.Keep warm when the temperature drops .
LB - enjoy the rugby. Hope your eyes start to improve.
BL - hope your compost starts to break down soon. I have 3 compost bins of one style (very large, hexagonal shape, sides open up to make turning & filling easier etc) and a fourth by the same maker (compact and square shaped like a wheely bin). The difference in the rate of composition between the 2 styles is amazing.
Much, much faster in the big hexagonal bins. I think that is partly to do with the surface area exposed to the air.Â
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
It’s a greyer day today, but the wind seems to have dropped. I hope to do a little more tidying in the garden today.
@Ladybird4 I do hope your eyes begin to feel better, but if the trouble persists perhaps take @Songbird-2 advice and seek help from the eye outpatients dept if that’s possible.
Glad you’ve got your window frames fixed @Songbird-2, I bet it makes a huge difference.
Take it easy this weekend @Ante, hope you soon feel better.
