    Good morning all

@D0rdogne_Damsel. Blackwell's has resumed book-selling in Europe, only drawback is that it takes about 3 weeks +. They are a reputable company used them for years. I have also used Kenny.ie but they don't have an exhaustive catalogue like Blackwell's.

Today is cold and grey again. This is the last weather bulletin from Lux: it will resume the day I see blue skies.

@punkdoc All the best for the hospital checks!

Happy birthday to allotmentboy. Love to Hosta. Haven't been on here lately, lots of health issues. Just popping in now, because I know lots of you folks have been in my situation. Tomorrow having my toy dog put to sleep. He would have been 18 in march. He's had CC'D for a few years now. We've been getting up in the night with him for a year, now he's confused and upset in the day as well. We've always called him "our little man". On a much nicer note, oldest daughter rang yesterday,a couple of years ago, she saved a customers life in Sainsbury's when she was a manager. She is being given a humanity award in London on the 17th and has invited me as her guest!

Sounds as if your Little Man has had a life well lived and loved @Nanny Beach , but these things are hard, especially as you have your own health issues at the moment.  However, jolly well done to your daughter ... you must be very proud ... I hope you both have a marvellous day.

    Good morning to you all.

Happy birthday @Allotment Boy. I hope you have a lovely day. 🎂🎉🍾.

The weather can’t make its mind up today. Sunny and brightish one minute, grey and drizzly the next. Not so cold, though.

Hope the hospital appointment is productive @punkdoc, and enjoy the book shopping. I can spend hours browsing in a book shop.

Well, I’d better get on. The SM beckons or we’ll have no milk.

    Have a good day.
