    Good evening,

A lovely looking menu, @Allotment Boy. A very special treat indeed, and a memory to treasure.

I sincerely hope that the rats are finally gone @punkdoc, šŸ¤ž. Sorry to read that your hospital news wasn’t good news.

I started to do the big garden Birdwatch today, but there weren’t many birds about. I might have another try tomorrow and see if the results are any better. I think the grey damp weather was keeping them hidden from view. Sadly, I daren’t resume feeding them as I spotted a rat sniffing round the feeders the other week, and I certainly don’t want to encourage them, so the feeders have been empty since then.

    Have a good evening.Ā

    Evening everyone.

A mixed bag of news from you all. This thread is like a little summary of life isn’t it? Sad times, stressful times, good times, celebrations and also just the day-to-day stuff.Ā

I’ve had a full on day multi-tasking in work and just a banana and cereal bar for lunch (at the desk). Shattered now and looking forward to the weekend.Ā

    Take care all.Ā

My garden and I live in South Wales.Ā

Thank you everyone. She is always so full of life, we used to organise charity events together, now she is weak and in hospital in France and I can't visit her because I have to be here with OH in case the hospital calls him for his hip op.

    Good morning to everyone.

A dismal grey morning here - there is wind so it may sweep the clouds away later.

Lovely photo @Nanny Beach Ā The next few weeks are going to be tearful. Ā But it's worth it. Ā They give us so much love. Ā My BC is still snuggled up in her bed!! Ā She'll be 7 next month.

@Busy-Lizzie Ā So difficult to be far away in these situations. Ā I imagine you are in contact by phone with her family. Ā  Ā Sending hugs.

Enjoy your weekend @AuntyRach Ā I hope it's relaxing for you. Ā @punkdoc Ā Hopefully the rat problem has been solved but they are wily!!

@Allotment Boy Ā The Ritz. Ā What a wonderful present - to be cherished!

I hope you all have a pleasant weekend.
