Yes, well spotted @LunarSea!  Just a ten minute drive away.

    Lovely pix you two  :)
You'll be a wee bit colder than us here @Bee witched - more rural, so a couple of degrees lower in general. if you drove about half an hour south east from me, the temps are often like yours. You can 't consider yourself a proper Scot though, if you're not out getting a barbecue going there.... :D
My heating kept jinking on overnight because it was below 10 degrees in the house, and that's what the 'low' is on the thermostat.

No snow here - last week's just froze, so ice has been the problem. Snow forecast for tonight/tomorrow though. The wet conditions previously have meant those frosts have been more impressive as the moisture gets drawn out. Lovely  :)

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

I had a pint down by the river Dee in Banchory on Tuesday, minus 10c. Does that make me a Scot?
How can you lie there and think of England

Oh my! These photos! What a treat for the eyes. Thank you guys.

PS Booked hotel and trip to the puffins on the island of Mull for May. Can't wait. Fingers crossed, always.
