    Good evening everyone.

LB, beautiful work there. They are just perfect.

I'm watching Poirot and eating chocolate. It's all set for tomorrow morning, and we will go at 7am. Hope to get home before noon.Β
I currently read Christine Walkden book, and I'm almost finished. Lovely book, and very easy to read, even for us abroad.Β Β

Thank you Hazel and Ante for your kind comments. Ante, I hope that your trip tomorrow with little cat is more successful than last Friday's. Fingers crossed she gets the 'all clear'. It is good that you are enjoying Christine's book. Have you got any tips from her that you can try?
I think I must go and raid the fridge - the mention of chocolate has given me the 'munchies'!

Good luck with raiding the fridge LB. There is just few tips about gardening in the book. She mostly wrote about her life, job and how they made the series. You get much wider picture about episodes, and how much material they filmed which is not shown on tv.Β  Β

Does she mention about her travels in the hot air balloon? I loved that.

Well done LB. I admire anyone who knits, I never mastered it. Love Joseph's outfit but I thought he was wearing a balaclava because of the cold!.

Had a good lunch with friends, not hungry enough for anything this evening.

No, she doesn't wrote about that. She traveled a lot to India and Iran and it's very interesting. I also found out how connected she was with her neighbor Reg and his wife. He sadly died at 2010.Β  Β Β

Ante, all the best tomorrow with little cats vet visit. Hope all goes well. Drive carefully. I used to love watching Christine Walkden on the TV, so relatable and easy to watch, but so knowledgeable.

Rubee, knitting going well now thanks. I've just seen in the Sunday paper that there is a request for knitters to knit six foot by four foot blankets for the people in Ukraine. I measured my current throw but I am about 18 inches too small in width. Might have a go when I finish this one though. It's for their winter and because of lack of fuel and heat they are asking for help with some nice warm blankets. Β Poor souls. I'll need to get some more wool though as my supplies are running very low. How is your OH today? Any better? Hope Rosie is okay too.

Busy, are you all ready to return to France? Take it easy and safe journey in case I miss you tomorrow.Β

Signing Β out for now. At least the clocks remain the same tonightπŸ₯΄ Night all.Β

    Evening all,

Marti held off today until the last 10 mins of r-a-a-f duties. Not really stopped since though. I want to get outside tomorrow, so I hope there's a few breaks in the deluge.

My mum was a binge knitter. She made some lovely, tiny cardigans/jumpers for my kids but never got to see them worn :(Β
