I'm thinking of going to the pharmacie for my flu jab. I've got my paperwork inviting me which means it will be free. They don't do appointments, just turn up.
Must go to the Post Office for stamps too while I'm out.

Another cold day by the looks of it. We have to go to SM this morning, brave the elements, like Rosie( good luck with blood test Rosie, hope all,goes well for you). Another day for LB to (try) and put the world to rights as well as hitting the retail shops. Enjoy. Good morning everyone. Well here we are into December already, it’s soon got here. Rather grey here today yet again, there was a very brief attempt by the sun to try to break out, but it hasn’t been very successful. Hope you get your flu jab today @Busy-Lizzie.
Brrrr, what a cold, windy and grey day. Snow is still drizzling, but luckily there is none on the ground. I'm looking forward for the first episode of GW winter special tomorrow. I'm going to have my lunch, then hot cup of tea.
Afties all. Got to SM quite late and the car park was heaving. Lots of folks about,,lots of coughing and few people putting their hands over their mouths, heck. Got back and set to finishing writing the christmas cards for the neighbours so we are all done now. Blimey, @Busy-Lizzie , your stamp bill will have been a lot, 50! Our list has gone right down this year so not too bad. Have been forced into garden to scarify a patch of grass which has become riddled with fresh moss and it was driving me mad looking at it. Just waiting for a parcel delivery now and then I'll be able to relax. @Ante1, you're having some very seasonal wet hard, nice to look at but not to travel in. Hazel, you done a lot of work today. You even managed to gardening a bit. At this moment I can only look thru the window and nothing else. Now have a rest, you deserved it.
The stamp bill was 82.50€. Still have to buy some French ones though some of my cards won't need posting, I'll give them to people when I see them, such as at the Carol Service.
I've finished making the orchard fence bed and planted more tulips in it. Couldn't do it before as it kept raining. It's been a nice day, bit chilly but warm when working.

Well done Busy for planting the tulips and getting the orchard fence border/bed finished. Has it been warm where you are? You must have a wonderful circle of friends for all those cards. I'd have to have a long list. I a,msigning out for tonight. 23 coming for a visit on Saturday, wonder if he'll notice Paddingtonm and the hidden fairy🤭 Will have to be thinking about our Christmas tree up soon as he keeps asking where our decorations are!😬 Have a good evening everyone.

Bought 50 stamps for the UK at the Post Office but forgot to buy the French ones!
