We’ve been sitting on our veranda for a few hours. (Him on his iPad and me knitting) and Pixel wanting to go out and explore, but I’m worried with the warmer weather that the Brown snakes will be emerging. I’m not sure how she would react if she saw one. Curiosity etc. as they say about cats.
The predicted rain hasn’t appeared. 🤔
Hubby took a photo of some Grape Hyacinths this morning which I rather like.
Good morning all 😊 ☕️ Such a gorgeous shade of blue @Pat E 😊 Im awake early … probably because we have to be down at the pharmacy by 9 for our flu jabs. Then we need to go to the post office to post son a big woolly jumper that I’ve knitted for him. After that a quick trip to the farm shop and then top up with petrol.
But of course OH is still sound asleep so no coffee here yet …

A bit chilly here this morning, the smell of fruit cake baking is nice though, with that and the mist it all feels very autumnal. Looking forward to my escape to the sunshine at the end of the week.... not that I am counting.
I see @Hostafan1, I did think it was very soon after the last arrival.:)
Busy morning @Dovefromabove, hope any reaction to the flu jab are gone before your holiday.

Morning all, very autumnal here, quite a shock to the system! Have felt groggy over the last few days with sinusitis and nose bleeds but feeling better today. Not good news for the exchange rate @Busy-Lizzie re our pensions. I am on chicken feeding duties for a couple of days while our neighbour is away, should be fun as they are very free range and I have to call them and then try and get them in at night to lock them in, should be interesting and they are only fed Bio food.
