    Hmmm the Beeb weather forecaster has describe the Northwest as starting the day with a dry spell. She is obviously not seeing what I'm seeing. Here it is echoing the somber feeling of this morning by absolutely pouring down.

    So George V; Edward VII; George VI; Elizabeth II and now Charles III
    That is an incredible list. I will have to mention that to Jack when I talk to him today. I've only lived in the reigns of 3 monarchs.
    p.s. so that means, through my life I have been a Georgian, an Elizabethan and now a Carolean.
