A very vociferous little boy followed us round shouting '4 plants for ยฃ10'. A bargain but I resisted THAT temptation.

SGL, I have to say I was very happy it wasn't a hot day today. The rain deterred a lot of people so walking around the grounds and in the floral marquee was very easy going. Well done on the duvet wrangling - such a pain! By the way, my p.ms with Hazel are still there.
Good to see you Biglad. Glad you managed to dodge the train mess. Yep, thee and me have got mega rainfall by the sounds of it. Not complaining though - just astounded that in such a teeny country as ours is we see such a huge variation of 'weather'.
Chive, I agree with SGL, your Mum must be delighted to have her grandson working in the garage - a nice continuation of family activities.
Yvie, you have been busy in your garden today - well done. Feet up tonight and take it easy.
Busy, I hope that the log shifting and stacking has gone well today.

p.s. My one yield to temptation was a lovely blue Agapanthus called 'Flower of Love'.

I'm glad you enjoyed the show LB. Thank you for the photos. I like the one with the pond, pretty. Good that the rain didn't put you off.

My Hazel PMs have gone too. I can't help wondering why she wanted to delete everything, weird.

I did another 2 hours with the logs. I do it slowly. Should be finished tomorrow.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
