    Morning everyone,
Feels a bit cooler this morning, but still warm. Sky looks quite cloudy at the moment.
Enjoying my first cup of tea, delicious.
Need to pop out to get OH a few bits this morning. Hope it cools down for his pilates. Although he did say he might give it a miss this week. The heat yesterday was too much for him.

    Morning all.

17°, feels cool, opened the windows. Bedroom window was already open, I remember pulling the bedspread up over the sheet when I was half asleep. I slept surprisingly well, considering the big moon and the heat last night.

Weekly shopping day at the SM.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

You weren't there just now @Ladybird4 I've got a couple of cards to post too. Hope you get everything you need in 'sco.
@Busy-Lizzie glad you slept well. It was too hot here, even for a sheet.

Thank you Chive. We are going to one restaurant at nearby town. They have terase above river and it's very pleasant.

    T'bird, beautiful photo.

Here is beautiful sunny and pleasant morning. It's only warmish. We are going around 1pm, so I have time to prepare everything.

Morning all - you all sound like busy little bees with shopping etc.

It's a much pleasanter 25C here today with a bit of high cloud cover so think I'll go and dead head the roses now. I also need to pick some raspberries - they're a bit early for autumn fruiters !!

Lily's TV is working overtime with camper van bedding and duvets. We've just swapped from autumn weight to summer weight and the weather is just perfect for drying 'difficult' things like duvets. Washing line is already full and I've nearly run out pegs.

When it's warmer this afternoon I'll make a potato salad for tea before making a start on last years accounts. Once I get going it'll be fine but no doubt I'll find lots of diversionary tasks before I start that job...

Ante - hope lunch is good.
