Thank you LB. You and SGL can open detective agency. Yes, I'm the third from left. Apparently, beard is in fashion last few years, so almost everyone have at least three days beard.

Hazel ,yes the heat makes his legs worse and he has had a few very bad nights . I persuaded him to go back to bed for a couple this morning . It’s the coolest part of the day .Our bedroom faces West and is so very hot on an evening in summer .
Hazel thank you that is a very good idea. I will do some research . I have done a few indoors things today . Been out in the garden tidying .This evening I will be looking on the big river site for another book .
