  • I didn't think that either of them danced better in the dance off than they had before but as I'm often of that opinion when the judges say otherwise I bow to their superior knowledge and to the possibility that we at home don't see all they do in front of them. Personally I wouldn't accuse Molly of smirking preferring to think that it was an understandable smile which she stopped half way.

@star gaze lily, Pebbles was the young girl that danced with the pros at the opening number on Sunday
  • @GWRS thanks for that,as I missed it too, think I was pouring wine in the kitchen when it started🤭
The whole truth is an instrument that can only be played by an expert.
  • Thank you @GWRS I recorded it and whizzed through that bit. Will have a look later.

I was with Anton on the choice.
So was I and my entire family.  My daughter suggested that, as Shirley had already stated that Carlos has some Jive reputation amongst pros, perhaps she didn't want him eliminated.

    Perhaps.

Also, when giving her "reasons" for her decision, she mentioned "content".  I don't understand how the c'leb is responsible for that.  Are judges penalising the learners for the shortcomings of the pros?

I have a dream that my.. children.. one day.. will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character

  • Well there you go, thought she was called Petals but that may be the dog on Escape to the Chateau.
I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.
  • If she's genuinely called Pebbles and it's not just a nickname, I can't think what came over her parents.  As pro dancers you wouldn't expect them to have given her a name which suggests she should sink like a stone, rather than floating effortlessly across the floor, which is what she appeared to be doing...
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
  • Her name is Pebble.
  • I'm hoping it's a nickname. Might sound cute for a little girl, but once she starts work it might not. And  a woman of 50 not so much either. I wonder what her surname is. 🤦‍♀️
