    ..quite striking isn't it @zugenie  and congrats on your first roses, and to others especially growing Olivia Rose Austin for the first time, always exciting to get the first blooms on a new rose, it's what it's all about and we put a lot of effort into it..

    ..thanks again folks..   lovely new roses @WhereAreMySecateurs  their potted roses are so good and I find those smaller pots really convenient and easy to manage.

    Utopia looks marvelous, it's the first time I see this rose! Is it fragrant too? Conflicted info about that on the Internet.

    Not fragrant I'm afraid @murasaki but extremely disease resistant, lovely dark glossy foliage and large flower clusters. It would be perfect if scented.

    I agree, Verisigny is gorgeous @newbie77. I just went and sniffed Utopia @murasaki, I was wrong, it has a pleasant light scent.
