Tutorial done, 4 of us 2 Army, 1 American Army and me. I suppose I should be pleased, but I was the only one who had ever treated anyone after the use of chemical weapons. Perhaps their use will stop.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Morning all (just). That pie looked scrummy @Dovefromabove but I'm with @Busy-Lizzie on this in the kidney department. Interesting job at Orford Ness for some hardy soul. Hope new neighbours are decent folk @punkdoc. We've had a lovely couple of days with my old friend who has been living in the US all these years. He's a cheese maker (and architect so designed and built their cheese caves) and we visited our local cheese farm. It was fun for me too, while they talked temperatures and testing, to go through all the processing rooms, wearing white wellies, coat and hat. We had of course had some of the famous Baron Bigod for lunch before the visit, as well as some of the cheese my friend makes, smuggled in... Delicious - a nuttier comte. He lodged with a friend down the road who lets out a room occasionally and he liked it so much (and her full English breakfast) he decided to stay another night which was fab. She and her husband invited us for all for wine last evening so we had a very pleasant evening putting the world to rights and asking my friend why no-one had shot Trump yet. (Answer - it's the Trumpers who have the guns).
Well done @punkdoc ... I imagine that so far it's not military who've been targetted with chemical weapons ... it's the vulnerable ordinary folk in more out of the way places who can't hit back 😡

I still take GW , have done for years @ chicky, I read it from cover to cover. I said I take it in that thread on this forum.
I'm a lot better, thank you, don't feel sick any more and tummy doesn't hurt, but I'm glad I didn't take my sick computer to the shop this afternoon as I needed the loo in a hurry!
Luckily, I was OK this morning as on the way home I passed the wonderful plant nursery and bought 14 good sized perennials for 3.8 euros each and a semi dwarf lilac for 9.8€.
Then I went to Leclerc for the weekly shop and they were having a plant sale. I bought a rose, Arthur Bell, for only 6€. First time I've seen that rose for sale in France.
It's good to be back in my house, would be even better if OH were here. Adam was cute but could be very stubborn and he's big for his age, 3, and I'm not as strong as I was.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Oh dear, @Hostafan1 Ive just had a text from our GP surgery, telling me to use e consult for any non urgent problems, as they have so many staff off with Covid. Can you do FaceTime with Hubby? Is he up for that on a good day? Hope the closure doesn’t last too long. Many Hugs.
