    Thanks for the link @chicky.
I've replied to Friday's email saying nobody can visit, including essential care givers.

    "Dear Kelly,

"Every resident should be supported to choose an essential care giver to benefit from companionship and additional care and support provided by someone with whom they have a personal relationship.
Essential care givers can visit in periods of outbreak and when their friend or family member in a care home is isolating. "

The only people with whom I come into contact are at the Home. I come home to an empty house , mix with nobody and return to the Home next morning. I come into contact with fewer people than the overwhelming majority of your staff and, as such, I am well within the Government's guidance to continue to visit, which I shall be doing daily.
    Regards

do you think they'll take the hint?

As I said earlier ... it's going to make their care of your Lovely Hub a lot more straightforward for them if they continue to let you do it.

    Good for you @Hostafan1.

Isn't it amazing what a bit of sunshine can do, spring definitely springing everywhere round here. Shame tho when even a small cloud comes really drops the temperature.
Having a bit of a lazy day here, good to see extended family at SD'S  birthday do last night, but late night,  or should I say early morning (2am ),  no good for me anymore.  Ah the perils of being 27.😄

Afternoon all, just written a post, scrolled back to see if I missed anything and bingo, it's disappeared, really annoying. Should have hit the save post button I suppose but it always used to stay there I think.
Anyway here goes again.  Good for you @Hostafan1, throw the book at them.
@Chicky I think your training at CAB is going to come very handy on here!
    Enjoy your pampering @Yviestevie.
@Busy-Lizzie perhaps your grandson will turn out to be a tennis star. He sounds very good.
Don't think I can stay up to 2 am anymore @Allotment Boy.

It's been a glorious day, not so windy as yesterday so I've been really busy in the garden, I've done done border edging @Dovefromabove, weeding and dividing plants, mainly alliums and kniphofia so far. Given away lots again, they are going like hot cakes.
Pinched more lawn whilst OH is away. He left really early at 6am as he's target shooting at Bisley in Surrey again. I do hope he's managed ok as his bad hip was playing up a lot yesterday. Fortunately so far, he's been able to drive, although it's a long trip to Bisley and back. No doubt he'll back in time to watch the Bahrain Grand Prix later!
That gives me a few more hours to myself so I'm putting my feet up with a cuppa and a few squares of chocolate. I've earned it today. Then I'll put the lamb on to roast for dinner tonight.

A follow up to a post from early March, and Chicky’s trip to Paris. I’ve been trying to find the title of the painting in the Musee d’Orsay that had appealed to me. Had a look at the back pages of an old diary, and there it was. It appears it isn’t currently on display, but at least I got a screen shot. It was the detail and realism of her outfit that amazed me.

They may well have done, but looked really middle-aged to you when you were a child! Turned out the really old man who taught me in primary school couldn’t have been more than fifteen years older than me, and is still alive.
