I have received an acknowledgement of my donation from DEC which l take to mean that the money is in their coffers. Stories on the BBC website this morning about people living in Ukraine whose relatives in Russia don't believe what they are telling them. Propaganda is a powerful weapon in itself.
Read about a dissident Oligarch who's put a price on Putin's head, dead or alive. The oligarch is stumping up 1 million euros for anyone to take him out. Others could be adding to the bounty.
We'll never get to know what is exactly happening, but I know I'll sleep a lot sounder at night with that mad man dressed in his shroud.
The trouble with that route is that you would be following exactly the same lines as many dictatorships do----------don't agree ? Knock the person off or at least ensure they are unable to speak out.

Removing Saddam and Gadaffi only made 'things' worse.
I doubt whether things would change much with Putin gone unless what got rid of him was a significant shift in the population's views. I watched an old BBC documentary about him (think it was made in 2018) the other day. Very interesting if not at all comforting
