    @Fire interesting,  I noted that the Red Cross  site said much the same,  they said the best way to help was to donate money , which I did of course.

    I am surprised that the UK hasn't seized all Russian oligarch assets already.  Maybe the massive donations they have made to the Tory party did them some good after all.
