Early morning I was folding clothes to go on the shelving. It’s much easier to see where things are now. It seems quite sturdy, not a moveable feature. Busy I’ve not grown vegetables but it would be lovely to eat your own produce. I tried some lettuce in pots but nothing grew. Also a meadowmat was quite hit and miss.
I grew small dahlias from seed last year - gave some to my Bestie too. I was treating them like annuals but noticed when I was weeding the pots that they were in that there are some small tubers. I'll wait and see if they come to anything.
Hope the shoulder eases Hazel. Don't be listening to all this talk of painting - you might feel restless!
Ruby, you just be careful with all this rock digging up you are doing. We don't want you injuring yourself.
I have some ruby chard I sowed last year and its like cut and come again. I have to beat the slugs to it though.

Good morning all. Lovely day yesterday Graham seemed to like the sound of water and ate a lot of lettuce and cucumber he is going out again today while we have this warm sunshine.
Got my sleepers to tidy up edge of bed and was doing well then 2 of my sons turned up. They have been in Malta for their joint birthday and youngest goes home to Liverpool today so popped in for lunch. Quick salad made and pizzas out of freezer! They stayed all afternoon chatting and enjoying the garden. Fantastic to see them both.
