    Nothing hugely special, but I was absolutely thrilled to see this Large Red Damselfly in my garden yesterday - first Odonata record!

    We have been fascinated by the tree bumble bees using an old bird box. They have sentries to "check" who is coming in with pollen sacs. They are also the ones that cool down the box by beating their wings at such a speed. Amazing bees.

    This lovely moth was sleeping on the glass wall of the shopping trolley shelter



    I even managed to take a picture from the other side



    I thought she was very majestic  😊

    @Papi Jo Thanks! Yep, I think so too, I'm brushing up on my damselflies this year as I'm not too hot on them but I've got a good guide.
