    No photo but my mason bees are hatching today. I found one flying around in the greenhouse where the tubes are and heard scratching from another tube which normally means one is hatching out. I picked a tube up to listen if it was the active one and the bee flew out and into my ear. Some unkind people have suggested it flew straight out the other side but we ignore them :|
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    I wonder if I should keep my mason bee cocoons in the fridge through winter in future. Some recommend it.

    Some solitary wasps and bees searching the shed, a few bumble bees and copper beetles, that's all really so far. 😊
