    @TheGreenMan it was on the website when I ordered, I’ve just checked the email and it says shipping method delivery in march. Right at the bottom of the email under the billing/shipping addresses

    They've arrived....out of the blue.

    Well I say "they"; 3 out of the 9 I ordered.

    Anyone know what picture they've used on the label?  Is there an Achillea Terracotta that looks like this or is it just a massively magnified pic?  I'm very confused......


    Will I have to contact to get the refund or will it happen automatically?

    I'd say the label pic was magnified The Green Man. Hell's bells I couldn't be bothered with that firm. I like to know where I stand.

    @TheGreenMan I also didn’t get a notification they’d been dispatched, I’ve asked for a refund for the missing 2. Think I’m going to cancel my other 2 orders, I’d rather pay more to get them from a reputable shop than be wondering how much is actually going to turn up

    I will say looks like I have unpopular taste in plants!! Email sent to cancel other 2, hopefully it won’t be too painful

    Yep.  I'd rather pay more or go on a trek to a decent GC than have to go through this.

    I can't plan properly if I'm not sure what I'm getting.

    Exactly my feelings, if I wait until the middle of may and only half the plants turn up I’d be really annoyed! Would rather pay the premium and have an enjoyable trip to the garden centre!! I will say they did the refund and cancelled both orders pretty much immediately! It’s sad because it seems like they’re not a scammy company just letting themselves down with the basics like stock management and comms!
