My orders arrived after about 4 weeks. I dont mind the wait and they were good, but my issue is how much is always out of stock when they finally dispatch... out of an order of 12, only 4 plants were actually sent, the rest, which were all available when ordered were refunded as out of stock... the postage ends up costing more than the order! They really need to get a better stock management system.
That’s a bit of a bugger, hope I don’t experience that as like you say paying the postage for half the plants is not ideal
Just placed my third order with them, from the 2L pot selection, they had so many geraniums 😳 officially cutting myself off now, problem is having such a large border to fill this year with more to do next year!
I'll second that JessicaS they should have better stock management in place by now . Out of 14 pre-order plants I ordered on 9/12 at 99p each which was stated would be sent late March , just the right time for me they arrived late January usual packaging but with 8 missing , blow !. A note said they did not send them as they were not up to their standard . Consequently like you had £7.99 refund. Disappointed as since March 2020 they had lived up to good plants and reasonable price and timely deliveries. Watch this space Gardening , planting, sewing seed time is here but I will still might order from them just off out to see if I need one or two for my Rockery we did in March 2020.
My last order wasn't fully completed either, nearly half weren't sent and l'm waiting for a refund. The next order isn't due for a while. I realise that the very nature of plant growing means that plants will die etc. but it can be very frustrating when you have plans for them and they don't arrive. I wish they would let customers know sooner rather than waiting until the order arrives on the doorstep.

Totally agree. btw sometimes you need to give them a nudge regarding the refund. I waited a few days then sent them an email. Refund then arrived very quickly.
I was also disappointed not to receive some of the plants I ordered last year for Spring planting. They seem to be victims of their own success as I note that they are now limiting the number of plants you can order...not quite such good value if you have to pay two or more lots of postage to get what you need.
I've just had notice of a refund too....looks like out of 16 plants ordered, only 3 will arrive. Think I'll stick to more reliable suppliers in future, like Sarah Raven or Claire Austin, even if they're dearer.

Hope they don’t end up not sending half my plants, I’ve got a border to fill
