Well I’ll be near them next month so, as I said, I may pop in and see what the craic is with it all.

I got the complete order from Secret Gardening club, and they look like nice plants. I was interested to hear about the B&Q plants for this season though, I think  I’ll try them next time.
Carmarthenshire (mild, wet, windy). Loam over shale, very slightly sloping, so free draining. Mildly acidic or neutral.

    You were a lucky one @Emerion ! I only didn’t receive 2 so wasn’t bad going :)

I’m nosey; I’m persuasive; I have one of those faces: people tell me things 😂

Or it could be my soporific style. Make people sleepy and they’ll spill.

Do feed back, @TheGreenMan - a little chat about how they're perceived might just do the trick!

I have no connection to this company, other than buying plants from them. They're very good, and might be a better alternative for those who don't want to risk the Secret Garden Club again, or for the first time.

They might seem more expensive, but the quality is good, and the service is as well. A cheaper plant isn't much use to you if you don't get it.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Thank you for the recommendation @Fairygirl!

@TheGreenMan went to one of the many local garden centres today, had a few coupons! Excellent coupons too, bogof on camelias, 40% off potted peony and 50% off cottage garden perennials (1 litre pots!) I noted that they had 3 for £12 on their 1 litre perennials which is essentially 3 for 2, so I’ll be revisiting a little later on in the year with the hopes they have a better selection!

@zugenie that all sounds very exciting.

I’ve just bought my first car so lots of visits to GCs coming up.

My OH is away for the next week and I’ve had to promise not to spend a penny on any more plants this month!

It’s coming to the end of this month though……and nothing was said about next month! 😂
