They were doing quite a hard push on two litre plants for May. Do we think they're going under?

I think it is just a matter of potluck. I've received healthy plants, but my friend who ordered the mystery box has had mostly grasses and saxifrage. So, I guess they don't have a good stock control system, they are therefore not equipped to fulfill their orders.

And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

I was planning a trip to Scarborough in early spring so I may do a detour and have a nose around…… 👀

It is possible to cancel a pre existing order provided it hasn't been prepared for dispatch.

The home page today is pushing the "free delivery day" with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 plants per order.

Given that they're still advertising the plants they couldn't supply me with this week, I don't understand why they're trying to drum up yet more business! Reputation is going down the pan! :(

@Fire i figured the gap was to give them a chance to catch up on the orders they’d had already, I’ll see what happens with the march order and if it’s terrible I’ll (attempt) to cancel the may ones, not worth the risk if the first experience is bad.

These kind of panics can hapen if a business is going under.

Credit where credit's due....they just refunded my postage too. But I'll stick to other bigger-name suppliers in future.....finally admitting you get what you pay for....!

I haven't had any notifications from them at all in recent months - maybe a year.
I wonder if they're holding back on that completely, and only dealing with [or kind of dealing with!]  new orders?
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Funny you say that @Fairygirl, l had an email from them only yesterday offering the "Goodwill pass" for £4.99 as opposed to £19.99.
This applies to 7 other websites as well as their's, including wine and beauty products.
I really don't think that they are holding back at all.
