Has anyone had a reply from their customer service email address [email protected]? Or received plants ordered from December onwards? I am owed over £100 worth of stuff, placed over 4 orders and all overdue for delivery. No comms from them. I’ve sent 4 emails over a span of 5 weeks, no reply.
There’s no number to call. At a loss on how to proceed.
@Sazz101 a few days ago, I received an email from SGC informing me that they couldn't fulfill my May pre-order and offered a refund. I have asked for them for a refund. Did you get a similar email?

Check your junk mail, a lot of their emails go straight to mine. I also received 'the we can't fulfill the May order email.' A shame, as i'd held off buying plants elsewhere, as i was expecting these. It also makes my purchase of the loyalty discount card a bit wasteful, if they don't supply the plants I originaly purchased it for, earlier in the year.
Thanks @Eustace and @Rickyjones24. My junk mail folder only goes back to the May 19th but nothing from SGC. @Rickyjones24 I think you can ask for a refund on the loyalty discount card under the circumstances. If / when I get the email I’m certainly going to ask for a full refund. £4 for postage is still expensive if you only get a couple of plants from each order!
I ordered early in the year for delivery at the end of May. I paid for the Goodwill Pass as it made sense for the order and future orders.
I was informed just before the end of May that the whole order is cancelled, and offered money back or reorder. I asked a question, which received no reply. I would happily reorder if they had the plants I want, but they don’t. I emailed again asking for money back and a refund of the Goodwill Pass, which I think is reasonable. No reply.
Thanks @AnniD, and of course! @a1154, I really hope you get all your money back, including the discount card.
On their website today there is a statement on the title page admitting things got out of hand at the beginning of the year, but they are back on track and better than ever, even offering a free delivery code. Quite dishonest considering their backlog of open orders and money owed to existing customers.
I've placed an order as they had a lot of things I wanted, at least with not having clay soil anymore if they don't come til may I'll still be able to get them in the ground
