Exactly my feelings, if I wait until the middle of may and only half the plants turn up I’d be really annoyed! Would rather pay the premium and have an enjoyable trip to the garden centre!! I will say they did the refund and cancelled both orders pretty much immediately! It’s sad because it seems like they’re not a scammy company just letting themselves down with the basics like stock management and comms!
Just popped to B&Q. Got five very decently sized perennials for £12.
I don’t know when it happened but they seem to have some great things in stock these days.

I think I may be done with online plant buying.
I’ll have to have a look, I’m not sure the b&q near us has a outdoor bit, need to investigate! There’s a nursery not too far away that says it does cottage garden perennials so I’m going to check those out!! I did order some bare root perennials from farmer gracy since they had a sale on!
My order arrived 3 of the 12 missing but a refund email appeared pretty much straight away. Plants good and well packed, just enough arrived to keep me from cancelling the 2lt plant order I have already placed.
Re February delivery I had an email response yesterday apologising and saying not sure what has happened with DHL. He has submitted a resend and says it will be with me shortly so fingers crossed.
It will be interesting to see how they handle my May pre-order. No reason not to have each plant delivered in perfect order. They have lots of notice and time to organise it. No, I will not be using the company again.
I cancelled my may orders, to their credit they cancelled both and refunded within half an hour of emailing. I did have to request a refund for the plants that were missing but again they did it as soon as I emailed! If I was adding to an existing border I wouldn’t mind the unreliability of what’s turning up as much, but planting an empty one I really need to know what’s coming so I can plan the placement!

Yes but not the postage…I dunno it’s a lovely selection they advertise but if you don’t even know what you’ll actually end up with, it’s rather a crap deal.
