My curmudge is woken up this morning to find the Macular degeneration in my left eye has got much worse and I'm writing this which is appearing rather wobbely.
Call to Opthalmoggy department as they advise to call should there be any sudden deterioration will hopefully bring an early appointment. Been putting off that injection to the eye for as long as possible, due to having the risks of having it explained to me, but it looks like I'll have to go with it now.
Damn this getting old lark. Can I have my 20 year old body back please.....

there are those who just seem to seek out offensive stuff so they can be offended.
We used to go to Gay Pride. There was often a " Women only space " but never a " men only space" . There was often a " people of colour space " but never a " white only space" I was never offended by my exclusion from these spaces, merely puzzled by those who demanded them.
He comes across like a lot of the COVID denier / 'it's all a mainstream media conspiracy' types. Not sure if he is, but he uses a lot of the same phrases. And a lot of the tired "it's political correctness gone mad" tropes. I wasn't offended by his routine, but I was bored.
