it was a duvet cover, a fitted sheet and one pillow case. Not overly heavy ( I've washed the same combo often ) I even tried just the duvet , but still won't spin.
Sorry, forgot to say all the best @Kili. My SIL says injections piece of cake, you can't see anything because they put drops into the eyes first and can't feel anything because of the anethestic. You do need somebody with you afterwards though as you can't drive.
@Lizzie27 Yes I've heard its painless from the MIL who was still waiting for it to be done when the Doc advised he had already done it.
Its the 12 mile cycle ride that's going to be a pain in the butt as the wife can no longer drive. On the plus side the exercise will do me good. Ill put a patch over the dodgy eye and ride one eyed.
On that note why are Pirates called Pirates? Because they RRRR.

Thanks everyone. We do have transport services ,but they go all over the place picking people up and I'd rather not sit in a minibus with all that, that entails. Who knows what you might pickup
I'll manage okay, apart from the eye and the Barettes I'm as "fit as a butchers dog" I'd normally do a six mile run so the cycle will replace that run. Just hope it don't rain, dont want the parrot to get wet Waterproofs at the ready.
What a lovely lot you are. Restores ones faith in Human nature.
Once again thanks everyone.
