  • Yes @Kili, hope they can help,  my mother suffered that condition,  she was very stoic about most things but I know she found it very hard when her condition became much worse.

    I went to retrieve bedlinen from the washing machine and it was sopping wet. Clearly it hadn't spun.
    Moved it into the other machine which has a spin only cycle , still won't spin. 
    Contacted the Power Supply company and " there's no power issues in your area " 
    Very soggy duvet cover now hanging in the conservatory. ggrrrr

    My machine has that problem with some items. If it can't balance the drum it won't spin so it often gives up on single heavy items. It stops the maching shaking itself to death though. You can bung a couple of towels in with it and that might help.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    Try a lower spin speed first if you have that option. As you get some of the water out then it gets easier to use higher speeds.
