  • Daughters partners dad died in his 30s of a brain tumors,his mum died the same day..... she was violet, she is gorgeous, not a bit pink and shriveled looking.

    Just gorgeous - both of them!  And isn't it amazing that you're what a thousand or so miles away ? and can see almost instant photos of your newborn grandson.

    Once upon a time we'd have had to wait to take negatives to a camera shop, wait 3 weeks for them to be developed, go back to collect them and then post them onwards!

  • My RTBC is that tomorrow we're off to the UK for 3 weeks - staying with relatives, visiting friends, and spending a week in Scotland.  It'll rain, but who cares...  first holiday since Covid.   :)
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
