I have just spent an hour or so working in the warm sunshine potting up erigeron karvinskianus and chinese cabbage seedlings. Perfect peace after a week of aggravation. All is well with my world now.
Last jab of anti-coagulant today. My belly is covered in bruises from the jabs and the product always burns for a few minutes so I shall be very happy to see the last of those.
Muscles coming along nicely too and I'm walking without crutches and not too much wobbleand bendiness improving slowly. I've done a bit of potting too @Uff - assorted sempervivums into shallow bowls, 2 dahlia cuttings into their own pots and a fluffy thing my neighbour gave me that needed more root space.

Good news @Obelixx. Fortunately for OH he's been prescribed pills not injections for the anti-coagulant. He's home today after his hip op on Monday evening and doing well.
