@janetfoss ... if there are any leftovers we'll let you know ;) ... son is coming to eat it tomorrow ... haven't seen him since Christmas  .... he's been working flat out running a mobile PCR testing team.  He's single and living in a shared house at the moment, so roast chicken followed by rhubarb crumble and custard will be a well deserved treat for him  :)

I have some frozen fruit, apple or rhubarb in the freezer so I will see which and make some crumble too. It's my OH's favourite sweet.
Enjoy the time with your son and may the crumble go down a treat.

I was looking at my Rhubarb on the Allotments, the other day. It was still a bit small but I think maybe I should pick some.

I see a before pic of the bottle of wine.

No sign of an after pic. 🤔
Aw, pansy, you may have guessed as to what we refer- do you like fruit crumble? I'll let you have some of ours, maybe?

I wish my grandson was again that age @Hostafan1 but he'll be 14 this year and much, much taller than me already. How the time flies.
    Yours is just gorgeous.

My RTBT today is that my son is here as well for an overnight visit. Not sure if he'll be around for a roast dinner and crumble pudding even though he loves both.

We've had frosts every night for a week (including the coldest night this winter.  Only minus 4, but there you go...).  My RTBC, apart from the wonderfully sparkly sunny days we've been having, is that the frost has lifted several hundred hairy bitter cress plants so they just pull out with no resistance.   :)
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.
