The kine was very good, but unfortunately lots of "Mon Dieu" and sharp intakes of breath as he examined me. It seems I have a long way to go, he was only able to work on my back and under arm, a little bit on the shoulder, the neck far too tender to touch. I am booked in again on Tuesday. It does feel better though, but I suppose it was a low starting point. Ever such a nice man.
I went into work afterwards and was promptly sent home by the staff, trying to do anything was awfully painful and I am afraid it was all too obvious I wasn't helping in the slightest. After bursting into tears they sent me off. I am so frustrated, but I realise it's for the best. They have given me a biscuit recipe and some heart shape cutters with some instructions to do something creative for Valentines. Feeling a little bit like a child that has to be indulged, but very aware they are all acting out of great kindness and consideration.
So, back to Wordle and the jigsaw.

He said keep warm @tui34 and try to relax, easier said than done, especially for me.... and no, I couldn't possibly drive anywhere at the moment.
I am going to make the biscuits and practice on flood icing, annoyingly though, my better equipment is at work and I can't just pop out and get it. I might just watch some Youtube tutorials instead first.
At least I am not in the excrutiating pain I was experiencing at the beginning of the week. Just need to be patient, again, easier said than done for someone like me.
If @Busy-Lizzie or @Pat E are popping in, I would appreciate any advice as to how to make the jigsaws bigger, I can't seem to see the details very well.

DD, I use an iPad so I select 63 pieces (or similar number) for each puzzle. If you are using a larger screen, you can play around with different number of pieces to suite. Therefore when you select a puzzle move to the part that shows the number of pieces.

Cold biting wind here today - Tramontane, but it's sunny. So that's a help. I am sitting inside doing (meant to be) some paperwork.
My sowings I did yesterday are snug and warm in the sun but I fear I jumped the gun a bit.
@D0rdogne_Damsel Poor you! Did the physio suggest a neck brace to keep you stable and warm? I suppose you can't even drive!!
