Given that the nearest  decent shopping centre is about an hour away by car, I use Amazon a lot.

I do almost all of my shopping online. None of it from Amazon. I try as much as possible to buy from the companies that make the stuff. And if that's not an option there are smaller, UK based marketplace sellers that don't constantly bombard me with emails.
I only get emails telling me when I've placed and order and when it's being delivered, and that it has been been delivered. All of which are useful to me.

Morning all.   Can’t seethe top of the range for clouds hovering there, so not sure what to expect later.  They had a lovely photo on the weather channel of rain sheeting down the sides of Ayres Rock (oops, sorry, Uluru).  Such a nice thing to see.  I haven’t watched the news channel yet, so don’t know what is happening in poor Tonga.  No doubt the news will be full of progress.

    Morning and G’day.

Enjoying the cloud pics @Pat E. We won’t see any clouds this morning as freezing fog here. 🥶

Teaching all day today so catch you all later. Take care.

    Good morning folks 😊 ☕️
A gorgeous frosty moonlit morning … I was saying to OH yesterday I think we’ve had more frosts this year than we had in the last three years put together. Hopefully it’ll slow the slugs and aphids down a bit 🤞

    Good morning to you all.

Stunning full moon last night - it was up before the day was done.   Full and bright in the dusky sky.  Although it is -1°C this morning, it is not as cold as it has been.  Still, it's going to be a cracker of a day.  The sun is up and our days are gradually getting longer.

    Enjoy your day.

AuntyRach, I’m glad you enjoy my photos. None today, but I might have one from yesterday. Will have a look.

Morning all. Thick fog here. I have one of those days ahead of me when I can choose exactly what I want to do.

I have one of those days too @Uff … but it’s just as well that I’m likely to choose to make some pasties for supper as I took some beef skirt out of the freezer last night and there’s half a swede to use up …

That sounds good Dove, if we were nearer I'd wangle an invitation for lunch.
