    Hi all

    Lovely grandson @Hostafan1.

Not such a good day today, mainly spent on the settee, but I know it will not be straight line improvement.

    Love to all.

Nice to see you punkdoc. No, it won't be a straight line improvement but you will get there, that's for certain.

    Good evening to you all;

    What a little treasure!  @Hostafan1

Having a semi-quiet day today but spent almost an hour talking to neighbours this morning - things at the hospital aren't too good.  Lots of staff are absent.

Faffing around really - the day seems to leap by.  Still haven't sown the peas - half an hour's job - not motivated.  Sunny day but very cold wind.

@Uff I'll come to Carlisle with you!!  I love scrap yards.

@Lizzie27   I wish I had a few flowers like that - how do you do it?  Mind you, a lot of mine are in shady spots for spring/summer blooming.

@D0rdogne_Damsel   I hope your tension headaches and pains are on their way out.

Enjoy your evening.  The local rugby team are playing tonight - televised.  In the coldest  region of France:  Aurillac -  probably chipping the frost off the pitch now!!   Brrr.
So pizza, red wine evening.  (in the warm!)

Your new grandson is adorable @Hostafan1

The bath is in place and the horrid, leaky, black shower cabinet has gone. The bathroom looks bigger and lighter. Not finished yet though, back tomorrow.
Man came to collect the garden tractor. He had a portable battery. It should be ready next week.

I've put up another nesting box in the garden, that makes three. I hope somebody uses them. The birdies are getting through fat balls at a rate of knots. The naughty spotted woodpecker has been pecking at the vegetable garden gate.

The driveway repairing digger man was supposed to come today, he didn't and he's not answering the phone.

  • Some gorgeous photos here.
I can just smell that special new born baby scent @Hostafan1. A treasure.
Anything out in the garden has gone by the board today. I managed lunch with friends then back to back chores.
I'm waiting for someone to say what chores.
    A large g and t please.
