Morning all. Blowing a hoolie here today, heavy rain showers. Thought I might take myself off out for lunch today but not going out of the door if I can help it. I hate the wind.
Morning all, no frost today but dull again. Early start for us as OH takes GD to college in Watford today, so we were up before the sun today. Need to go back to plots, I dug parsnips yesterday but left them behind after washing, I put them in the greenhouse to dry, only realised when I got home doh.....🙈
Hello @Pat E Grey cloud has been replaced by blue sky and white fluffy clouds ...
I need to do a bit of organisation ... we have a Sainsbugs order coming this evening ... mainly dry goods' and cleaning stuff ... we get fresh stuff etc from the farm shop. OH will be at work today, but it's his last day for a little while ... he has some A/L due so if the weather is kind we might get a few days out ...
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
I have woken up in terrible pain though, from I cric in the neck yesterday to an awful headache and feeling almost paralyzed from the neck up. No snowman making for me today, loaded up with paracetamol and ibuprofen. Do neck muscles really got right over your skull?

My Covid test was negative Son 2 rang, he is at home looking after 5 small children. Child minder can't come because of the positive tests. At least small grandson isn't ill, although positive. Son has a headache, mild cold symptoms and is tired. I will have to do a home test in a couple of days. Still have a horrid metallic taste in my mouth.
Your headache sounds awful @D0rdogne_Damsel, I hope the pain eases off though the day. We were forecast light snow in the night, but it didn't happen. I looked out at 5am, drizzle. But you are further north than me. I wonder if Obelixx has snow.
No frost here because it's raining, not heavily though.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
