    Hello folks,ย
Glad you're safely back in your nice warm French home @Busy-Lizzie, shame about the tv box though.

We've not long got back from OH's nephew's family 'do', very enjoyable meeting up with lots of nephews and nieces, some of whom we haven't seen for over 10 years. It seemed astonishing that they're now in their 30s, 40s and 50s, one of the girls had been a young bridesmaid at our wedding 25 years ago. Sign that we're getting older too of course. I didn't enjoy driving back in the dark however, I don't do it very often on country roads so I'm out of practice.ย

We haven't been watching 'Strictly' this series, I enjoy watching the actual dancing but can't stand all the awful razmatazz and find it all too noisy.

Good luck for your Street Market @didyw tomorrow. Hope the sewing goes well @Obelixx and the jazz concert is enjoyable @tui34.

Having a 20 month boy in the house has my nerves in tatters.ย
He's rubbing his hands on the hand printed wallpaper and virtually EVERYTHINGย  seems within his reach, but he's utterly divine.ย
SIL cooked dinner , bless'im and he's cooking tomorrow too. ( I knew my daughter had made a good choice in him )

I suggest you move everything precious and/or breakable out of reach and watch him like a hawk. Children that age are as you say divine (most of the time!) but can wreak havoc quite quickly.ย

Glad you enjoyed the family "do" @Lizzie27.

I rang OH and he said to unplug it and re-plug it. I looked at the wires behind the TV and there was such a tangle of them I gave up. Went back again and had another go and succeeded but Strictly had finishedย t2340ย There had been a power cut, saw because of flashing alarm clock. Nothing has recorded since the 16th November. I saw most of what I'd set to record when I was in Norfolk.

Glad you are back safe @Busy-Lizzie we have a Humax box and was going to suggest you unplug it then plug it in again. Ours can be a bit temperamental at times.ย

Morning! ย Overcast again, but I did the washing anyway, at least they are on the line.. ย Donโ€™t care if they get rained on, so long as theyโ€™re out of the washing basket. ๐Ÿคญ

    Morning all.

    Feels like 7h15 here but it's 8h15.

Going to lunch with Son 2. Daughter 2's daughter is ill. Not Covid, but she won't be able to play in her Judo match today.
