Morning folks. I don't often do dresses,it's dog walking in the mud and garden mostly.i did get one for my birthday. Since I stopped having my hair coloured a couple of years back, wardrobe is very pale,as is hair. The dress is fitted, stretchy, wrap around, black with autumn leaves, perfect fit. Puffy sleeves, baggy stuff makes me look even shorter,I can't wear heels. Enjoy your day whatever it entails

    Hi all
I am sure some of you will be pleased to know that I have now totally lost my voice. Moira is delighted.

  • Thanks for the lovely comments and interest on dress choice 😀 I'll need something for Christmas eve Gala dinner too 😋 I'm no good in heels these days, like you Nanny Beach, I'm always in Sport Billy and dog walking clothes (as my OH likes to pointedly say) but I will make an effort for these occasions. At least I won't be worried about being cold!! Will take a good look over the weekend and will pop into the Katherine House charity shop in Eccleshall, always has lots of high end designer stuff.
Dr wants to speak to me about my results....can feel the WCS coming on 😔

Morning everyone. We’ve still got light rain. It’s supposed to hang around for a few more days. Lovely!

I think you would all look lovely in the green one.
I was about to say that it sounds as if you must be feeling a bit better, until I read that you’ve lost your voice. Take it easy.
Hostafan, take it easy on the roads, very cold this morning.
The wind is coming from the north, and we can hear the traffic on the A30 two miles away.
try not to start worrying if you can, SamB, wait till you hear what the doc has to say, not usually as bad as your imagination. Easier said than done of course.
Slept pretty well, considering that one arm, the flu jab one, is sore, and that’s the side I usually lie on.

Morning all, cold and grey with bits of rain. Not sure what to do today, NDN' cat is curled up fast asleep on my lap at the moment. I have a lot of Pumpkins so maybe I should be making soup etc.
